A little while back Olay put together a beautiful breakfast where we were invited to speak with the beautiful Rebecca Gibney, Olay’s Regenerist ambassador. She was an incredibly lovely person and the breakfast was stunning!
But we’re not hear to talk about how delicious my breakfast was, we’re here to focus on the product at hand, and that is Olay’s Regenerist Moisturiser.
I’ve been a long time Olay user since it was one of the first skin care brands I remember my mother using when I was just a child. As a result, I’ve probably been through 4-5 tubs of their standard moisturising cream as I love how the cream felt and how amazing my skin looked the next morning.
I’ve been using the Regenerist cream for a few weeks now and can say that it too leaves my skin feeling supple and soft the next morning. I use this to help seal in my serums at night before I go to bed and love how it feels when applied. I usually use a cotton bud to extract some from the pot (don’t want to dip my fingers in the hot for hygiene reasons), rub my hands together and then gentle pat all over my face.
The only issue I have this with particular cream is the scent. It’s pretty strong and I’m not a fan of strong scents with most products I used. I did discover they do also stock a fragrance free version which I’m tempted to use instead as after a while the fragrance a be a bit too strong for my tastes.
Fragrance aside, this is a lovely night time moisturiser to use and helps compliment my night time skin care regime.
If you’re interested, this version retails for around $39.99AUD at Priceline, but if you opt for the fragrance free version then you’ll be looking at $49.99AUD.
