Since my initial endeavour into Aerin, I knew I had to try more so today I decided to take a look at their lipstick range and put my money down for Tulip. It appears to be a very natural wearable shade that I felt I could get a lot of use out of.
I’m not really sure how I feel about it, I don’t think I will be purchasing anymore but I will try and finish this one, even though I don’t think there is anything inherently bad about this lipstick. But mostly because it didn’t really wow me in any way either.
I felt the wear time was probably around 2-3 hrs, but it was hard to tell since the colour was very close to my natural lip colour. One thing I did notice is that it did leave my lips feeling a little dry later on, so I would make sure your lips are very much moisturised.
It had a very subtle rose scent, nothing offensive or over powering and you couldn’t detect it anymore once applied. Like I said, nothing overly bad about this range, just not that impressed either.
If you are interested, you can pick up one for yourself online for around ยฃ24.

Hi Celina – this shade seems a lot like Besame Cosmetics’ Debutante Pink which I recently bought… It’s only ~$28 and is not drying at all! Might be worth a try if you like the colour of Aerin but don’t think it’s worth the big price tag. ๐
