One of the things I wanted to change about my habits over the last few years was to use what I have more, rather than constantly going out and purchasing more stuff! This is basically the case with my nail polish collection. You guys have seen over the years the mountains of nail polish reviews I’ve completed. Well… I keep almost all those polishes! So it’s time to focus less on purchasing and more on using what I have.
I thought a creative way to approach this would be to start doing wearable / simple nail art. I’m by no means an expert like Violet, so my focus really is on more simple styles that I hope anyone can do and could even wear into work! But still something with a little bit more edge than your standard french manicure.
That said, I suppose my first nail art kind of contradicts that, but it’s one of my favourites π I put this together for my Water Nymph video I filmed a while back and just loved the look of these nails π And I hope you do too!

So pretty – i love the colors π Do you use a sponge or just overlap the polish for the gradient effect here? π
