Ice and Fire (or Flame as seen online) is Zoya’s end of year collection for 2010. No swatches contain any top coats. Enjoy π
Tiffany
“Pink, peach and light copper toned foil particles accented by flecks of gold foil. A soft and feminine way to wear the foil finish, especially flattering for warm skin tones.”, I had this on my nails for over 5 days without any chipping π
Gloria
“Rose, mauve-pink and magenta foil particles with gold and subtle red metallic accents. A delicate winter rose look made unique with a flashy foil finish.”, 2 coats.
Lisa
“An iridescent combination of deep raspberry pink, bright candy apple red and subtle gold tones in a dazzling sparkle finish. A bright, festive red that sparkles so much it’s almost jewelry.”, 2 coats.
Sara
“Pearls of dark fuchsia, red-violet and ruby tones in a bright sparkle finish. A very rich and different shade of cool red sparkle that will stand out in a crowd.”
Crystal
“Light, silvered shiny blue metallic foil with sparks of brilliant yellow gold. A cool, snowy winter blue that’s ideal for any Ice Princess.”, I personally found this formula lacking opacity, even after 3 coats.
Valerie
“Royal purple, dark violet, red, deep pink and gold iridescence amplified by a glittering sparkle finish. Dark and complex but still warm and inviting, the perfect complex winter purple.”, 2 coats.
Overall
This collection is all shimmer! If you love shimmer, without the chunky glitter particles, this is the collection for you π However aside from Crystal I don’t find the colours to be overly unique, pretty but certainly not unique.
