Dior Eye Reviver Illuminating Neutrals Eye Palette

Dior recently released this amazing neutral eyeshadow palette that is just perfect for everyday and travel. It comes with one matte powder primer that works great as an initial base, four shimmer neutral shades and finally one black gel liner. I’m such a fan of these “all in one” sort of palettes that are done right because it cuts down on the number of products I need to lug around each time I travel for work.

As for the quality, these are without a doubt high end. They are pigmented, creamy, and smooth and blend very easily. The only heartbreaking part is having to wash away the lovely Dior embossing on the top, sadly the case with most high end eyeshadows.

For me the stand out feature was the gel liner. It’s not as creamy as most gel liners that are stored in air tight containers, this is far thicker. However with an angled brush, is very easy to apply and highly pigmented as well. I didn’t feel the need to go my eyeliner a second time, something I occasionally have to do for some gel liners that are not thick enough like the Bobbi Brown Gel Liner.

I didn’t get much use out of the applicators that come with this palette just because I prefer brushes, but I’m sure they’d be great to have when you’re in a pinch.

If you’re interested, you can pick one up for yourself online for $62USD, steep but when you’re talking about a palette that covers a primer, shadow and liner and Dior, I don’t think it’s that bad of a deal personally.
