Taking a small break from going through my USA photos! Need to get back into beauty and fashion because I have a -ton- of things to post about! I’ve got about 2 weeks of leave planned coming up around Christmas and New Years so I’m hoping to do some major catching up π
Either way, here are my empties for the month of November!
KMS California Moistrepair Shampoo & Conditioner *
These were great, but not a set I would purchase for myself. Only because since using this duo, the curls I add to my hair don’t stay the same way they used to. Before I could easily curl my hair and my hair would maintain the curls without any additional product for the next few days, now by the end of the day all my curls are virtually gone. However I had no issue with these on any other level, they would be perfect otherwise!
Nivea Gentle Cleansing Cream Wash
My current favourite cleanser for dry skin! Every time my skin becomes unreasonably dry I turn to this as my go to cleanser and it does a great job at not stripping any of my natural oils! Already on to my second tube π
Biore UX Aqua Rich Watery Essence Water Base SPF 50+
Officially my all time favourite facial sunscreen! I use this every single day~ I love that it doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily and after it has time to dry, makeup goes on flawlessly! I can’t recommend this enough, and of course I’m already working my way through my second tube π
Lancome Hydra Zen Anti-Stress Moisturising Cream
Love this π I find the smell strangely calming for night time, I feel like I get more out of this when my skin isn’t going through its “ultra dry” moments as it isn’t overly rich. Probably better for combination skin, but a good all around pleasant moisturiser π
Sukin Botanical Hydration Booster *
Love! I’ve bought my own bottle, perfect for when my skin is feeling particularly flaky and dry. I always use this when I travel, it leaves my skin feeling supple and smooth.
Skin 79 Super BB Whitening
A little bit on the darker side for me, but still a good BB cream that leaves my skin feeling moisturised and evens out any redness or discolouration. If you make sure to just use a little bit, it leaves my skin appearing natural but just better!
Essence Lash & Brow Gel Mascara
Clear mascara is clear mascara!
Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara – Black
Great concept! And it works a treat, but it feels a bit too indulgent for me personally to invest in another mascara which needs to be replaced every 3 months anyways when my normal mascara does just as good a job. I think this is perfect for those who aren’t comfortable with mascara application yet or people with extremely sparse bottom lashes. The actual formula is fantastic though, absolutely no smudging!
Stila Smudge Pot – Black
Amazing I made it through another black gel liner! π Admittedly I tend to use them more than the average joe thanks to my youtube channel, but still! It always feels like a feat! This is a fantastic product, though has a tendency to dry up after I was about a 1/3 of the way through, I had to pretty much reactivate it like 3-4 times. Great pigmentation!
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil – Zero
I can’t believe I managed to finish a pencil liner, can you tell that liners, mascaras and nude coloured eyeshadows are part of my daily makeup routine? Love the UD liners, they are incredibly creamy and pigmented π
Ikea Tropical Candle
Love the smell of Ikea candles, but I just wish they would have a stronger scent when burning. I’m always disappointed when I burn these, but when I visit an Ikea, I get sucked into buying more because up close they smell amazing!
Bunch of Sample
I used most of these up at the start of the month so unfortunately I’ve completely forgotten what they were like so I didn’t think it was worth pulling them out individually π
