Sample boxes have been around for a while, some have come, some have gone! Many of the PR companies have flooded the market with these boxes and I thought instead, it might be fun if I subscribe to two serivces myself for 6 months to see which one provides the better box!
The two services I’ll be comparing this month is Bella Box and Lust Have It. Lust Have It charge around $20AUD a month and Bella Box charges $15AUD a month.
You can see the products for each box listed above, despite the differing prices I found the two boxes surprisingly comparable. Similar product range, it really then comes down to personal use and what each individual finds more useful.
If I had to give some general comments, the cheek brush in the Lust Have it box was pretty horrible, I used it once, realised it wasn’t picking up enough product to do an effective job and ended up throwing it out. However the Cosmetic Kitchen pigment and vaseline cream were amazing and I loved these! The stand out products in the Bella Box for me were the Shampoo and Conditioner which I’m currently using, three uses in and I don’t even believe I’m half way through!
Given the fact that I had to throw out the brush because it was just that horrible, I’m giving this month to Bella Box! Especially since it’s $5AUD cheaper!

some of those samples seem really interesting (and big!), are you going to review them separately or in an empties video?
Hmm! I was planning to feature them in an empties video, but maybe it would be better to try and give quick reviews for each product before I do the next post? That would probably be more helpful!

So! And I wondered whether to post this since they claim it wasn’t their fault (and it could have been just the post), but I never got my box from Lust Have it for the following two months, I ended up contacted them and they apologised and sent them out to me, but it meant that it was too late to do the review! SO I’m hoping with luck their May box will arrive soon (I already have the Bella Boxes that arrived on time for the last few months), so I can do a May comparison! 🙂 So if Lust Have it comes on time, I’ll do a comparison for May! Else instead I might just write a post on why I can’t do the posts because of my lack of Lust have It boxes 🙁 (despite paying for everything upfront already!)
