This particular eyeshadow set from NARS was released during the Holiday 2010 / Christmas season. My apologises! I’ve had it since then but only now have gotten around to reviewing it!
The two darker shades on this are probably my favourite, they are pigmented and apply smoothly. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the highlighting colour, it still applies fine, but I had to go over it a few more times to get it to really show up 🙁 Not something I’d expect from NARS.
And whilst the way the shadows have been set is really cute, usability wise not so much. Hitting pan on this will create quite a mess 🙁 I’d prefer the colours be separated into individual pans so there is a clean break between each colours, and to avoid any colour contamination.
I doubt I’d invest (see what I did there? “invest” ;D… Oh I think I’m so funny /facepalm ) anymore money into these types of products unless I’m feel particularly determined to review it for you guys. It’s a cute idea, but I don’t think it really played out that well. And for the price, I’d avoid.
