ASOS Salon Floral Lace Shift (similar here)
It isn’t every day we get to watch the sun set, despite the fact that it occurs every day. Majority of our time is spent locked away in offices, lucky if we even have windows to look out of. And often we find ourselves driving home in pitch black (not to mention driving into work in pitch black).
Which makes this particular sunset all the more special because we almost didn’t see it. We were running short on time, but decided to make a last ditch attempt to see if we could catch it by the beach before it disappeared. And what a lucky decision that was, because safe for a few moments in my life (Sunset over the frozen lake at Summer Palace in Beijing is still my top sunset) this has got to be one of the most magical sunsets I’ve ever seen.
It makes me incredibly sad that the photos do not do this sunset any justice! Safe to say however, it’s one of those few seemingly insignificant moments in life that was certainly significant to me.
