How adorable are these polishes? Made so much sweeter by the fact that they were a gift from Surfaced Studio after he returned from his 3 week hike in Bhutan (this guy is the definition of outdoor-ish).
These polishes are from Dior’s Holiday 2012 collection, the entire nail polish collection included a red and black shade as well, but I think these are just perfect for me as they are shades I could and would use at work (given that takes up over 70% of my life, makes sense!)
Aside from how darling the packaging is, the quality to these are similar to their normal polishes. Easy to apply and lasts a decent amount of time (4-5 days) before chipping. The only difference between these and the traditional Dior polishes are the brushes. The traditional polish comes with rounded brushes that fit to the shape of your nail, however these brushes are straight cuts.
As always, all swatches are 2 coats with no top coat.
Diorling
A soft champagne shade with micro gold and copper glitters, the finish is very smooth and doesn’t feel like a traditional glitter polish in the least. The pigmentation is very sheer, a single coat could be used as a top coat over a more pigmented nude crème polish.
Lady
A white metallic polish, as with most formulas of this type you can clearly see the streaks. Something that from experience is either generally loved or hated, there doesn’t seem to be a consensus on whether it is actually good or bad. If you’re looking for a dupe, check out Chanel’s Attraction which is almost an exact copy.

I am so tempted by Diorling, I would wear it over a nude base I think to make it more opaque. Love it!
